The Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac Addition and Renovation project was a renovation of an existing 13,378 square foot building. The scope of work consisted of an interior renovation of the existing showroom, restrooms, service bays and offices. A 6,656 square foot addition consisting of a additional showroom space, customer service area, new offices, and new car pick-up was added. Specific Buick GMC and Cadillac design guidelines were required to be met during the design phase.
