The Lawton Insurance Renovation project was a renovation of an existing 14,983 square foot building. The scope of work consisted of an entire interior renovation consisting of offices, break room, restrooms, conference room, etc. The Great Room inside has western cedar coffered ceilings with stone fireplace to be used for client entertainment. The exterior consisted of new window openings, new front entry canopy and EIFS cornice around the entire perimeter. The building used to house the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and will now be Lawton Insurance offices.
