The Dollar General – Block 7 TIF District project was a 9,369 square foot pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer.The scope of work consisted of assisting the Client throught the TIF District architectural review process, altering the Dollar General Prototype to meet the TIF District design guidelines. This resulted in the addition of brick veneer, storefront, brick recesses, metal canopies, and EIFS cornices. This project is located at the “gateway” of the Bowling Green TIF District.
