The South State Contractors’ Office Building project consists of 10,000 square feet of office space (two-story) and a 15,000 square foot warehouse space with workshop. The front two-story office space will be wrapped with Centria Insulated Metal Wall Panels and stone veneer wainscot. South State Contractors are the regions premier Centria Metal Panel installers and this building will be used to showcase the many Centria products. This building is sited at the Oakland I-65 Interchange.
